Comment by Darby-Rides on July 17, 2009 at 5:59pm - Emerson, just make sure you use a good anti-chaffing. Saturate your bib/short pad with it very very well. It should feel like you're putting too much on...then put some on your butt too. It will only feel weird for a few minutes. You'll be glad later. Do that while training as well. Have a great ride at El Tour de Tucson. You know about having to cross the riverbeds on foot in that one, right?

Comment by Emerson Knowles on July 3, 2009 at 9:54am - As my next AFAC fundraiser is the Tour de Tucson in November, this should be a great group to share... As a "recovering" marathoner I am not worried about the 109 miles from a stamina standpoint... but I pray I find a really good bike seat!
